Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Refund

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
• A clear uncut video of the package being opened is mandatory to process refunds or accept returns

Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (along with the video proof), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
