We want you to love your Labubu! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • A clear, uncut video of the package being opened is required to approve any return request
